Like many of our fabrics also for the cup woman it is not easy to date her birth.
Certainly there is the cup, an apex element of the representation that in all probability was translated by an eighteenth -century painting by Genesis Lucchese. Over the decades it has had a very large use until it is also used as a curtain for the stages of the theaters of half of Italy.
