WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Products are shipped within 10-15 business days. Each product that you order in our online shop is handmade by artisans and bespoke for you.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship with UPS worldwide.
Italy: Shipment for a minimum order of € 50,00 is free of charge. Orders under € 50 have a shipment cost of € 8,00.
Rest of Europe: The minium order is € 40 and the shipment cost is always € 8,00.
Rest of the world: The shipment cost is always € 20,00 and the minimum order is € 50,00.

WILL THE FABRICS SHRINK AFTER WASHING THEM?
In our fabrics there are no synthetic fibers therefore there is minimum shrinkage of 7-8%. Follow the following washing suggestions to get best results.
HOW SHALL I WASH THE FABRICS?
To preserve the brilliance of the colour and the beauty of the fabric we suggest:
- First washing at 40°C / 104°F, following washings even at 60°C / 140°F;
- Do not use softeners and do not centrifugate;
- Natural drying and not tumble dry;
-For red colour fabrics first washing separately is advised.
Linen/natural colour will tend to turn slightly lighter after some washings.
Fabrics and products washed by the customer will not be refunded.
Our fabrics are woven on antique Jacquard and Ratiére looms, this is why you might find some small irregularities on the weft which are impossible to avoid.
HOW SHOULD I WASH PRODUCTS WITH FRINGE?
Washing bath towels or other small product with fringes is quite simple: put the item in a cotton or linen and cotton blend pillow case and put it in the washing machine. You will get a perfect washing and fringes won’t be damaged.
ARE THE PRODUCTS I’M PURCHASING REALLY WOVEN AND SEWN IN ITALY? CAN I VISIT THE PRODUCTION?
Fabrics are entirely produced in our factory in Italy. Production can be visited by appointment in Anghiari (Arezzo) about 150km / 100 miles south of Florence.
