Busatti B Corp
Società Benefit companies are entities that integrate into their corporate purpose, in addition to profit objectives, the aim of having a positive impact on society and the biosphere.
Busatti is a Società Benefit because, as reported in its articles of association, “it intends to pursue one or more purposes of common benefit and operate in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner towards people, communities, territories and the environment, cultural and social assets and activities, bodies and associations and other stakeholders, and in particular, towards all subjects involved in or impacted by the company’s activities.”
In Italy the legislation on Società Benefit is contained in law no. 208 of 12/28/2015 (2016 legge di Stabilità) and came into force in 2016. This gave companies the opportunity to integrate corporate social responsibility into their business model by adopting sustainable and transparent practices.
Società Benefit are required to prepare an Annual Impact Report to meet transparency requirements.

A B Corp (abbreviation for Benefit Corporation), where B stands for Benefit for all, is a kind of company that is committed not just to generate profit, but to create an impact
positive on society and on the environment.
B Corp is a global movement of companies that believe in a new way of doing business,
where success is measured not only in economic terms, but also in terms of positive impact on the world around us.
To evaluate our impact we use the international standard B Impact Assessment.
This tool allowed us to obtain B Corp certification with the score of 98,2. A result we’re very happy with, whereas only 3% of the over 300.000 companies that have used the BIA have managed to exceed the minimum threshold of admission of 80 points, to start the verification process.
